Our story

Paoli Law is dedicated to the practice of Immigration law.  We have vast experience helping immigrants accomplishing their immigration objectives.  We cover a wide range of immigrations-related services:  Deportation defense, Permanent Residence, Visas, family and work petitions, Asylum representation, etc.

Prior to founding Paoli Law, Luis Paoli served a Deputy Chief Counsel, for the Department of Homeland Security, (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement, (ICE), in the Washington, DC area.  In this office, Mr. Paoli supervised over ten ICE prosecutors, and represented ICE in deportation proceedings before the Immigration Court, and the U.S. District Court.

In 2005, Mr. Paoli resigned as ICE Deputy Chief Counsel, and founded Paoli Law.  Presently, Paoli Law represents immigrants pursuing immigration benefits, including defense against deportation.   Our office currently comprises four immigration attorneys strictly devoted to the practice of immigration law, and five paralegals assisting the attorneys.  At Paoli Law, the attorneys and paralegals are fully bilingual in SPANISH and ENGLISH.

You saved me and kept me in this Country

I was just reflecting back on my Life through the Years… You saved me and kept me in this Country by your Excellent Immigration Work on my Case in 2005. You got me out of Immigration Jail, and you argued my Case in front of the Judge. Thank you, Thank you. I pray God’s Blessings and Favor upon your Life as you fight to help those looking for a ‘better’ in this Country or those like me that may have gotten themselves in trouble with the Law.

> Thank you, HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Changed my life for the better.

Hi Luis,

You crossed my mind tonight and I wanted to thank you again for what you did for me. If it wasn’t for you my life would probably be every different, in a negative way lol. You are one of few people that changed my life for the better.

I hope someday I will return the favor.

Happy holidays to you and your family.
